That'd be reasonable, except it isn't. All the lighting is completely as it should be, the shadows on the guitar are going in the same direction as those on his face, and there is a strap on the bottom pin, the reason you can't see it is 'cause it's stretched round the back of the guitar, notice how the guitar is hoisted so high (because it's strung rightie and flipped over on the regular top horn strap pin, most likely someone else's guitar that he's just borrowed), the strap is being pulled tight behind it so of course you wouldn't be able to see it.
Again: WHY WOULD ANYONE BOTHER FAKING THIS PICTURE?
And, again: I deal with Photoshop as a matter of my education, which I take quite seriously, and can spot a doctored photo from a fair distance. This isn't one.
