I found that the nice jazzy tones available on the rythym circuit were available on the lead, with the tone rolled off. So, I've rewired my Jag HH (non-tremolo version) so that the rythym switch switches between series and parrallel wiring, which gives more of a Les Paul type tone, although slightly brighter. You get more output, too. I've found this to be very useful, and plan to use the two rollers to expand the EQing of the jag. I'm gonna wire the first roller for the bass cut, so that it is adjustable, and move the tone pot from the knob to the second roller. While I was thinking this up, i realised that if i wired these in parralel, when one was rolled all the way down, the other would act as a mid control, and when both were rolled down, it would give you that scooped metal tone. so, i am gonna wire up the old bass cut to switch between series and parralel wirings of the EQ section. I'll try to get that diagram up in a few days... Anyway, thoughts, concerns?
