in jag? will it fit w/out mods? it would be good to have a phase switch or something...

how do you know? and i just realised maybe in the roller slots?

the switches are much smaller in the pick up section slots. and i dunno about the roller slots, could be possible

U could do a phase mod without making it a three way slider switch

well i would make the three-way slider a pickup selector... and yes, I could do a phase mod plenty of ways, but there are lots of mods i'd like to do, and am looking for as many functioning switches as possible... i've also thought of moving the tone knob into the volume knob's place, and putting a gibson-style switch in the old tone spot(I hate volume controls)... might not fit

but drilling the plate for a bigger hole is really easy as lojng as you have a hand held drill

cool... although i'd be kinda paranoid... id problably do it on another plate... or maybe just start from scratch with a new sheet of metal - how easy is routing for a first-timer?

I wouldn't even bother with it, but if you insisted, and were a client, I'd recommend that you go with an additional 2-way switch added for out-of-phase on the main control plate, but that's just me. Then, I'd ask you, in a condescending way, why you'd even mess with it. The jag already has tons of options...just go get a cheapy mustang! You'd then get all huffy, pack your guitar and leave my shop without even saying goodbye. I would LOL.
