A Fender Swinger is nothing more than overstock parts cut and thrown together in hopes of making extra money for CBS, when they owned Fender. The body is a Fender Bass V and the neck was a 22.5" shortscale neck. The bridge and elecs are just Musicmaster parts.
The only people I know of, who are making them are us, NoHo Guitars, and the originals are super rare and quite expensive. Btw, our templates are NOW 100% perfect, thanks to some guy from ebay who wanted some spot-on bodies. Here's a pic of one I made last month for us to have around the shop:
