here's a bargain for you. This guitar cost about 3 grand when it came out, and here they have one that's autographed and they predict only an $800 sale price.... You could bid, then sell it to Guitar Center for about a grand and a half easy.... makes me wish I had SOME money...

I'm guessing that his family is selling it then, i doubt Lars Ulrich would have it sold if it was in Metallica's possession.

Surely his family are loaded though right? I mean talking about one song, "For Whom The Bell Tolls" was his, and most of "Ride the lightning" has his name on it.

for the same reason they were suing 13 year old fans, they weren't selling enough keychains, or stickers, or action figures or whatever they pawn off when they're not making a movie or new crappy albums.
