I'd take it to a repairman who deals with classicals, and see about getting a new bridge put on. See what it would cost & decide if that price is worth it to preserve this guitar. It may work now, but it will get worse, and that could damage the top. That could make it worse. The bridge saddle should not tilt forward that much.
You'll probably have to choose between-
-Having to live with a cheap-o repair that doesn't really work, and may damage the guitar more, and leave you without a guitar
-Paying for a repair.
If possible try more than one place for a repair estimate.
Maybe I'm wrong, and it doesn't need replacing, but in my experience--that looks like it needs a proper repair job done.
Fortunately when my classical had the headstock snap off I had a friend who repaired guitars and he did a great job for really cheap.
