I bought a NEW "Jagstang"

One fender Reissue , i bought these one :

These guy is on the forum

the left guitar: Q 080938 (year of product 2002-2004) the colour is SONIC BLUE ====> REISSUE

the right guitar: V 008723 ( year of product' 1996) the colour is different , the colour is Aqua blue green , better for me really sweet .

I insit the colour are not the same with the 1996 and 2002 model

One got two stickers behind the head ( fender 50 th birthday and Kurt Cobain design model) the other have no sticker the K.C design model is on the head , not a sticker)

nice photo. Its interesting the newer ones still look sonic blue in those lighting conditions. Wonder whats changed in the paint? The older models would only look sonic blue in incandescant lighting I think. Anyone else have old and new jag-stang models to compare like this?

I insist the old model is not SONIC BLUE !but AQUA BLUE GREEN 😉

i had a re-issue, and an og for a while and they were DEFINITLY two differnet colors, but that was cuz one had been subjected to 12 years of constant cigarette smoke and the other led a healthy life in a college dorm room

I own a reissue w/ a Q05 serial and its sonic blue actually more resembles your V Jag-Stang. I could try flourecent lighting to see if that would make it more resemble your re-issue, as I used sunlight and it looks spot on to your original issue.
