PAF sound on the bridge ?

Hi guys,

I'm new to this site, 'cause a friend of mine lent me his CIJ Mustang for few days and I fast fell in love with the neck 😁

Well, I could buy one, but I'd love it to be my stage guitar, replacing my Tokai ES335 with Gibson Classic '57 pups... I absolutely have to replace the bridge pickup with something that would sound like a PAF, without routing if possible. I was interesting in the Lace sensor Red 'cause he looks like the stock pups, but the reviews give a lot of different points of view... So, what are your advices ?

I want it to be a marvelous axe, so price's not a problem, I'm not only focused on Duncan stuffs and co, even if I know some of their products do a really good job !

I've been looking into a similar kind of thing so i'll pass this on.. the Blue Lace Sensor supposed to sound like the traditional 50's PAF humbucker. According to this...

The Red Lace Sensor is supposedly much 'hotter', like more modern ceramic Humbuckers.

I have hot gold lace sensors in my mustang. When I close my eyes i can pretend that i'm playing a strat 😆 Also I have wired both pickups in series, so when they're both on they sound sorta like a humbucker, really.

you could do that with a push pull too, and have stock tones and then that really fat humbucking tone. check this out:

its a tele with a 4-way for series tones

F*king awesome 😀 I used to have a push pull thingie, but I gave it up for now, may come back to it though.
