ok, so these both look like nice pickups and i want both - steves in bridge, prails in neck... if i go with the necj prail model, the outputs'll be even in humbucking mode, but not so much in p-90 or strat coil mode. if i go bridge, the outputs'll even out in p-90 and strat mode, but not in humbucking.

thats the specs for p-rails, and steves special has a dc resistance of almost 18, and is recommended for use with a pickup of about 10dc resistance...
this is for a jag hh, and im thinking about a push-pull volume pot, where when pulled, it would be the volume of the hotter pickup and the other bypasses volume. have one of the rollers be a split, the other be variable basscut (like it is now), and have the old basscut switch controll which coil was split from the p-rails.
what would you do? I think ill go with the bridge model to have the extra output when i need it. also the old rythm switch on my jag is series/parralell, so with those two pickups, id have an output of 37 dc resistance in series mode! 😈
