Come to think of it, i havnt seen too many Re-issues red tort guards for sale latlely.
but then i havnt paid much attention to them. It really sucks when you buy parts and they dont fit!
I was going to buy a brown tort guard for my MIJ Jaguar, so i went to guitarpartsresource.com and they didnt have them for a MIJ, but they had them for a CIJ. so.. i emailed them and i asked what the difference was, They said the CIJ guards are NOT the same as the MIJ guards. especially around the neck and control plate. I did not know there was a difference. so of course, i now have to find someone to either make me one or find one that someone pulled off their Jag. Im glad i asked befor i bought it anyway and it not FIT!
