They are special mini-pots, I found some on guitarpartsresource. Any why have two of the same circuit? Coz very cleverly, in the olden days, they used volume to control distortion. It turns my 2 channel amp into a four channel amp: set lead circuit to full, rhythm circuit to about vol-5, tone-9 then for channel 1 (light breakup) I get a light breakup with the lead circuit and pristine clean with the rhythm circuit; with channel 2 set for heavy gain, I get mild dirt with the rhythm circuit and full on distortion with the lead circuit. Nifty.
