New Duo-Sonic!? o.O

Well basically I want a 24" neck on my Duo-Sonic that came with a 22.5" neck.

Basically what do I have to do to accomplish this, oh and I won't be doing it by myself, I plan on getting a professional type guitar person to do this. I'll probably get the neck fro Warmoth if I can't find a neck.

And I want to repaint it, I'm going for a red competition finish and a matching headstock. So basically what paint/finish would give it the gloss and shine of brand new geetar?

just a new neck, i think the huge intonation screws can go to 24 inch. and for paint the shine is just polishing compound. rub it on

but wouldn't the neck pocket need to be modified or something to be able to fit the larger neck?

nope. im not 100% sure it would work for sure with the intonation

Ahh forget it. I figured it'd be too much trouble to refinish it, and I'm already getting flack from Teh Parents((dad)). But I still want a 24" neck. 😎
