Let me get this straight... you have someone who can properly route the pickup cavity and the pickguard, but you don't have someone to do a simple soldering job? Hmmm...
The red wire goes to where the old pups lead wire went to, on the switch. The black and white wires need to be soldered together and the green and bare wires need to soldered together and go to the ground.
