Why would the fretboard radius matter?
The long and short of it is if the neck pocket and heal are the same dimensions, then it'll fit. Ideally, for a snug fit you'd want the neck pocket slightly smaller than the heal, then you'd cut your own neck pocket to accommodate the neck.
But being as though i've never measured a warmoth neck upto a Fender body, ask Warmoth, if they say yes and it doesn't fit, then you could always send it back and tell them that they misinformed you.
