i dislike the invasive route that the synchro requires,

mustang/jag trems are much less invasive than strats, i dont know about the bronco routing

the bronco routing is kind of like a wide hummy route,idk how to explain it, i dont like the strat route because if you took the trem out there would be a huge holethrough the entire guitar=no good

ive seen super mint ones go for like 1500 on ebay, i geuss it depends, i cant believe that trem is on there

Its easy enough to fix up the hole left by a strat trem... Just cut some wood and glue...

The Bronco seems to be the "lost" Fender.... It's the only of the student models that hasn't been reissued at some point, barring the Swinger/Marauder...

I call for a Bronco reissue.

double edged sword right there though, with a reissue we lose all the elusiveness of the bronco, but it still would be awesome

1. Does any one have a Pic of the the RI Daphne Blue Mustang with a red tortoise pickguard? I seen some on here but cant tell if it old or new.

2. What color was Kurt Cobains blue mustang with the red tortoise pickguard was it Daphne blue or Sonic blue like the Jag-Stangs?

3. Also are the 3 colors avalible today from shops like Guitar Center the same as the orignal issue mustangs?

1. I think it was tylerfender had one... Look back a few pages, you should find it.

2. It was Sonic Blue (like the '69 RI Mustangs)

3. No. Well... The red and white may well be. The original blue was much darker.

Very good thank you for the response i want the Sonic Blue color then by chance do you remeber when the 69 RI was made so I can look for one or hope to see Fender reissue again. 😁

It was made from like 2004 till 2006. I think. They stopped making them at the start of '06. In my opinion the '69 RI is better than the '65 one. I don't think they'll be re-issuing it again for some time...

Thats to bad ☹ but maybe I can still find one at a Guitar Center somewhere also one more question did the 69 reissue come with the red tortoise pick guard and white pick up covers?
