All the UK Jag specialists are either here, Shortscale or Offsetguitars.com. The shops have'nt got much clue in general, but however, fixing your switch is not beyond their capabilities.
Just dont let them over charge you, as you can find the switch's on ebay for under 5 quid.
If i were you though i'd have a go myself. Draw a diagram of the wiring then copy it with the new switch soldering the wires in the same places.
Which switch has broken, are you getting no sound?
