Does anyone know is the soapbar single coils in a Jazzmaster are the right size to be dropped staright into a Squier Jagmaster without having to do any work on the pickguard?
If not, what work would need to be done to make them fit?
And also, how easy is it to come across Jazzmaster pickups? Do they need to be ordered from Fender?
I've never done mods on a guitar, but I am thinking that when I get my Jagmaster, I wouldn't mind putting a single coil in at the neck, or maybe even in the middle position between the hummers...
