If its a Mustang bridge which i presume it is he cant raise one individual saddle. He'll have to raise that end of the bridge.

Is it getting worse?
Mustang and Jag/Jazzy bridges sometimes drop through vibration. Making the guitar go flat and lowering the action.
The easiest way to fix this is applying a small amount of vaseline on the bridge post screw threads.
The best way to pinpoint this problem is check your guitar with a tuner after every few hours of playing.
