There are three, grouped in the lower right-hand corner:
A peavey footswitch, which controls the lead and boost functions,
A "kill switch", which just grounds the signal when you stomp on it (momentarily), useful for stutter effects and not much else,
and a home-made volume pedal, which actually works quite well.
