DrKnocks Is it possible to replace the 3/4 neck on the jag-stang, with a full scale neck like a jaguar neck???
tragictravisty jaguar necks are not full scale. they're 24", and i believe the same scale as jag-stang necks. and the answer is yes for strat, jazzy, etc. necks, but it wont be as simple as snapping a new neck on. the bridge will have to be move back a bit.
Fran Yes, you would have to move the bridge further back or the guitar wont intonate correctly. Playing an E chord at the 12th fret would actually be an F.24" scale means 24" from the nut to the saddle.
