I can't find any info on Squier II serial numbers.

I have a Squier II Strat i'm going to fix up, again...

Speaking of which, anyone want to trade p/u for p/u? I Have A Seymour Duncan Hotrails (Blk) I really have no need for.

I think the first two letters represent the location of manufacture, and next two numbers are the year of make (03=2003, so on), and the next few numbers are the guitar number.

Not 100% sure though, but I managed to date my Squier Telecaster using this method. Made in Taiwan in 2003 😀
