Here's my custom guitar. The Leverty PJL-1 custom.

It won't be to everyone's taste. But I like it. It isn't perfect, a few things need sorted (i.e. the neck isn't quite how I wanted it etc).

Ok, about it. It's made of maple, with a rosewood fingerboard (as you can see), 24 frets. Humbucker is out of an old Ibanez, and the single is a cheap ass one from a local shop, but sounds surprisingly good. It's either 24" or 24.75" scale, I can't quite remember.

So there it is. 😉

i admire the craftmanship, but I don't care for it. too pointy. neat design though. Looks heavy, hows she play?

It is heavy, and get's a bit sore after playing her standing up for a while!

Other than that it plays nicely. The action is good, but the neck is a bit chunky at the moment. We're gonna fix that sooner or later. I still need to do the intonation on it, but I'm lazy as.

And although the shape is pointy, it is actually really comfy to play, both sitting and standing (though be it heavy).

It's a bit gaudy for me, too 'out there' for a telecaster man.

But as someone else said, great craftsmanship, it's unique, and if it sounds good, who's to complain 😀

Thanks, man. When I was designing it, I was like "hey, I don't want to copy a Strat or Tele, Les Paul or Rickenbacker. I'm gonna go for it, design something unique". And so I did.

I actually think of it as a hybrid of lots of different guitars, too many to name 😆

Nice. I'm not sure if I'd want to own it myself, but it's a quite a guitar. Pickup combo is good too.
