einseins said: I happen to have a CIJ 69 Reissue pickguard (ie- not gap between the control plate and guard) in "baltic amber" from Chandler pickguards (a nice alternative to tortoise shell brown but way nicer!), brand new still has plastic masking on it. It is routed for a straight humbucker (SD SH-4) at the bridge. US$50 + shipping?? Let me know, I could post pics.
Sorry to bring up this old thread.
Did you have to send a diagram of what you wanted to Chandler pickguards, or did you just tell them that you want it routed for a straight humbucker?
I have a 69 reissue that's beat up though the paint is in good shape, I'm planning on restoring it and throwing in some SD JB humbuckers in the bridge, but I don't want to cut up the current pickguard, I'm not very fond of brown tortoise anyways.
