I'll do a sound demo when I'll have received my new jacks and power supply because now I can only play with the distortion of my Crate amp and it doesn't sound as good as my Proco Rat in my 5W Blackheart combo.
The sound is very "Nirvana" like. (that's what I wanted so it's cool 😛 ). The Dimarzio is powerful and the Texas special is smoother (hard to describe when it's not your language 😆 ).
Now, I have a couple of problems: the volume of the 2 pickups aren't the same (I expected that and it's not really a problem since changing the switches position during a song isn't easy), I'll try to adjust the height for that. And another "problem": when I play with just one pickup, I can't really see any difference between the in or out phase position 😕 . I've used this to wire: http://users.sa.chariot.net.au/~gmarts/pix/mustang.gif . Any suggestion?
Anyway I'm very happy with it !!! Sound demo soon !!! (next week I think 😉 )
