I'm possibly going to buy a '68 Mustang with original electronics. I haven't played a Mustang before, but it was recommended to me. I understand the different basic positions of the switches (off, in phase, out of phase), but how do these effect the tone? Can you describe it/recommend songs or clips with the 'stang in different switch positions? Also, are the 2 out of phase positions the same (0-- --0 and --0 0--) or do they sound different? Same for in phase --0 --0 and 0-- 0--.
Also, what difference in sound do angled pickups make?
