purr Will a Thinline tele pickguard work on a Standard tele; would you need to route new holes for the pots?
Mustang-Pete I guess you mean the '69 tele thinline one (The '72 is a double humbucker one). If so it should fit, but yes, the body will need to be re-routed for the controls.
TheJam104 you would have to route out were the volume and tone knobs go. Trust I looked into this so hard haha.

purr well, it probably isnt a jip, i got the tracking number finally, although i think he was trying to jip me. goes to show you; you call someone enough, you get results!
