Hello all, new to this forum, finding it very useful so far. One of my new bandmates was checking out my strat the other night when he mentioned he has a 65 mustang that he never liked to play!? He says the neck is to small for his hands (he's a big guy) and thats why he plays les pauls.
It's in very good condition and I'm pretty sure it has been owned by him since 65. It's completely stock, he told me the color and I have forgotten what he said since there was a bunch of other stuff going on at that moment.
I'm debating on asking him if he would like to part with it, even though he says he doesn't sell gear.
What price would be a respectable starting point to offer him?
