Cymastar That second one is actually an early Ibanez... If you ever find a guitar (in the US, at least) with a Goldentone (rip-off of Silvertone, perhaps?) logo, rest assured that it is an Ibanez, assembled in the Fuji-Gen Gakki factory in Matsumoko, Japan.
