I hate the Japanese... I would much rather have that JM than the sunburst or black model... It ends up being like 400$ for a JM though... Still, gotta be cheaper than new PG plus new paintjob... It sucks cuz I have a friend in Japan and I told them if I found anything I'd like I'd give them the info and the money... GRRR 😈 .

Cymastar, the CAD is built to the old specs still, different PUs, 25,5" scale, 2point trem. if you want one of those, why not look around on ebay for one from the old series? they do come up every now and then ...

I think Fender should just give all the student models (Jaguar, Jazzmaster, Jagmaster, Mustang, Cyclone, Cyclone II, Duo Sonic, Bronco, Musicmaster, Swinger, Maverick [just like John McCain 😆 ]) and give them to Squier... If they don't, I am going to explode something...

jaguars and jazzmasters definitely arent considered student models. they were the top of the line fender model in the sixties(despite they didnt sell that well)
