Think of starting a project... I have 2 HBs, tone and volume knobs, pickup switcher (LP style) and an old Ibanez neck... All I need really is a routed and finished body, a bridge, a surface mount trem... Thats it...
I have aluminum for a pickguard. 😎
Does Anyone know how much it would cost to get a body like that routed and finished? As you can see, you can essentially route a big hole under the pickguard, as long as you leave room for the bridge and trem to be mounted... I'm looking for a 25.5 scale length? Could I get a cost estimate and maybe some ideas?
