GeorgeF Anyone got any bright ideas on how I could attach these to a jag with out drilling through the body? I can't find plastic but I wouldn't mind gluing plastic to my aftermarket p/guard.http://www.allparts.com/store/pickup-covers-rings-parts-pickup-rings-pc-5765-010,Product.aspMy jag now has a silver and gold lace sensor and the gaps are really bugging me!
Mustang-Pete Why don't you want to drill into the body? It's under the scratchplate, so you won't see it...

GeorgeF It's a '98 CIJ and it's not exactly showroom condition lol. I should just go for drilling shouldn't I...Hope they fit - I think they'll look awesome.
Mustang-Pete I actually think it would look awesome with those chrome rings. It would add more shine to the guitar!
GeorgeF Yeah, the Jag's lost a lot of detail now the lace's are in with no pole pieces or claws. The blank pups don't suit it in the same way Mustang's do ☹

GeorgeF It's sunburst with a mint p/guard. Stock is torty which would probably look a lot better with the lace's but I wouldn't want to drill the stock guard, and I really need to look at a way of keeping those strat sized pups in place.
