Duo Sonic body + Mustang neck ??

Hi there

I've just purchased an old ('66) mustang neck and I'm just curious if it's fully compatible with some vintage Duo-Sonic body (60's - 70's) in means of intonation, neck saddle dimensions etc.. I don't have one, so I can't try.

would be grateful for some advices

i would assume so, fender kept it pretty simple, a duo or mustang neck might differ only in the logo...

Yes, it'll work. A vintage 22.5" can replace a 24" neck and vice versa.

I think I'll start a mustang - duo sonic vintage project. If I will be satisfied with the results I'll put here some pics. 😀
