Tweez said: That's only my opinion. The only songs I like on Mellion Collie are Jellybelly, Zero, Here Is No Why, Bullet With Butterfly Wings, Porcelina Of The Vast Ocean, Where Boys Fear To Tread, Bodies, 1979, Tales of a Scorched Earth and X.Y.U. That's a fair proportion of the album actually, but In my eyes the rest of the album isn't that good, compared to Siamese Dream and Gish where I can listen all the way through and like every song.
Pumpkins rule, Billy is a great songwritter, one of the best in my opinion, and whilst mellon collie was a bit weak in places, I'm privalidged enuf to own the aeroplane flies high boxset with all the bsides from that era, and it couldve been the greatest album of the 90s. -aeroplane flies high

If any of you have heard it, 'set the ray' is my all time favourite pumpkins tune. ever.
Ive also seen corgan with a jag in natural from the gish era (he had long hair anyway) and iha used a jazzmaster in the zero vid, which he apparently used to record 'the boy' (listed above).
Dpnt get me wring, nirvana also rocked. Sonic youth kick both their asses though.
