Ok after about an hour of fiddleing around with it (i really need to get a soldering iron with a smaller tip) I came up with this

Pot up
pos 1: Bridge pup on
pos 2: Bridge + Mid pup on (out of phase)
pos 3: Mid pup on
pos 4: Neck + Mid pup on (out of phase)
pos 5: Neck pup on
Pot Down
pos 1: Bridge pup on
pos 2: Bridge + Mid pup on
pos 3: Mid pup on
pos 4: Neck + Mid pup on
pos 5: Neck pup on
when it's out of phase it gives this lovely mustang-ish thin type sound
