there are several promo pics of this one at fenderc.com, it appears to have been called tele-sonic HH. rare. and, of course, discontinued. i like the dearmond-version better:

Its just a wrap around, saddles on top, anchor underneath...

with 6 intonable, height-adjustable saddles along with bridge-style posts as opposed to tailpiece-style, which would hopefully result in less tilting.

Some of you may have seen it already. A decent blues played on a Toronado. Kind of an Albert Collins type sound, very trebly.

If I ever decide to buy one, they seem to go pretty cheap on ebay too. One went for USD$400 yesterday, with only one bid!

This thread got me hopeful, because I really want Fender to come out with some new designs. I'm not sure what the last one was... Cyclone maybe? Sadly it seems all thier energies are going into this 'roadworn' stuff. Sad.
