well, if you want an official fender neck you can check ebay, a seller named "the stratosphere" iirc, usually has some kind of jag or mustang neck. both of which would fit your guitar. another option would be to buy a neck from allparts

it is vintage spec'd but does not come with the tint your cij has, you would have to finish it yourself and find a new decal as well.
warmoth also makes the 24" necks but they do not offer vintage radius, its either compound 9-16 or straight radius with options from 9 to 16 in half inch incraments. and they also have the horrible gotoh side adjusting truss rod, also not vintage spec'd.
