Tyler does anyone out their have a ibenez jet king, i seen one today and it cought my eye, im not sure why maybe because it was kind of like a jag or jazz a littleif any one out there has one please talk and maybe send a pic or 2
Mustang-Pete I don't have one, but I played one in a guitar shop. I didn't like it. Don't get me wrong, I love the way they look, but the neck was horrible and if I remember correctly there were sharp frets everywhere.I just couldn't get along with it. But then maybe that's just me...
Fran The original JTK-1 got top reviews but im not sure about the other models, it seems a pickup upgrade is needed. The mini switches split the coils.Apparently the Omar Rodriguez guitar is based on the Jet King...
Mustang-Pete The Omar signature model is amazing. I played that too and it was incredible. The neck was great and it was light and played really nicely. I didn't get a chance to try it plugged in but I presume it'd be fine. A nice simple 1 pickup 1 knob combo can't really go wrong 😉

They need to come out in the USA already its killing me I love the look so much I might actually sell a Stang or my Epiphone LP Custom to get one.
