Robbmonster I voted pickguard, tone controls, bright finish.Also re: no tone control equals tone in the middle. I would hate to hear the way the bridge pickup on my 51 would SCREECH if it had a tone control and was set to 10. It's already pretty damn biting.

Mad-Mike I don't really care much for colors so I voted on all of them. I prefer all my guitars to be different colors from one another, when I run out of colors, then I'll just change schemes.But pretty much the standard issue for me now is an offset waisted (Jag/Jazz/Stang/Sonic) Fender style guitar with a pickguard and a trem.
