about bogner: i played the bogner/line 6 thing youre talking about, and wasn't impressed. however, i didn't crank it, so I can't speak for the power section (which is were in many amps, all of the great tone lies)
about orange: 7 watts is not very neighbor-friendly, no huge difference when compared to 15 watts. 5 watts is enough to be heard through out my entire (3 floor) home. - in the bottom floor with doors closed, too. So, don't expect to be able to crank it. HOWEVER, if you are at all handy with a soldering iron, you can bump down the wattage w/a power attenuator. the simpler designs are only two resistors. - you put these two resistors which should be rated at 30 watts or above for that amp, in a metal or similar enclosure, w/two jacks, and it goes between the amp and the cab.
also, i'd use an open-back cab with a fairly inefficient speaker. Or just dont crank it...
