Buzz stop on a tune-o-matic??

Im not that smart, and i initiated a bet with my friend as to whether or not you can put a buzz-stop on a tune-o-matic. This is in reference to his dad's new jaguar hh, which has a tune-o-matic rather than a tremolo cavity. Im starting to doubt myself... somebody help me!

Don't see why you couldnt... You'd need to screw it into the body instead of the tailpiece though...

on that guitar, i doubt you'd have room. its not meant for jags universally, i wouldn't recommend it. i have the same guitar by the way. try raising the bridge and shimming the neck

That guitar wouldn't have too much of a problem with a buzz would it? I wouldn't have thought anyway...

the bridge sucks, i replaced mine.

What do you mean by shimming the neck? I'm having problems with harmonic overtones from the bridge.

Put something in the neck pocket to raise or angle the neck. I did it with a plec
