Warmoths may be more rare. Remember, the Jag-Stang is still a fairly recent design, and for the longest time they have been availible for under $700 or even $600 or less. To build a similar guitar using Warmoth parts can easily add up to far more cash than most are willing to spend. The price difference alone would put off a lot of people from the Warmoth guitars, as not just do they have to pay more, but they have to assemble them. And I know far more guitarists who don't know a humbucker from their tailpiece than those who do, most people play to enjoy playing and not get hung up on all the specifics, that's at least my experience.
My rough estimate would be at least somewhere in 100,000 unit range at least for the original Jag-Stangs.
