help picking out a jazzmaster

Hey,

I'm going to day to buy a new AVRI Jazzmaster.

I was wondering whether there was anything in particular I should be looking out for: warning signs etc.

Any help much appreciated!

look for warpage & buzzing. some will be standard w/the crap setups most guitars get in the shop, but truly excessive buzzing is something to stay away from. check for warpage, and other than that, you should be fine.

also make sure the electronics work.

You should really just make sure that is not not blue or it is probably broken

I bought it at Digital Village in the UK for pretty much the going rate I think...

Is a stock Classic Player Jazzmaster good for any hard rock, punk, grunge etc.???????????? (a bit of heavier music)

I was screwing around. A Jazzmaster, despite the genre-based name, can really cover most musical bases 😆 .

I will go to a music store soon and try to try out a Jaguar and a Jazzmaster, to see for which one i will save my money for. (sorry for my bad english) 😡
