Actually the guitar has been in peices for about the last 4 years.. it had a dumb self paint job on it and had some other little mods.. Finally i had a little extra money so I stripped it back down and took it to a body shop and had a beautiful tri-coat white pearl paint job put on it.. and found a red tortous shell pickguard for a js.. i think its gonna turn out great.. But the switches are so worn out and i rememer them makin alot of noise so i figure i might as well replace them while im doin all this. It has the original single in it but some old jackson double at the bridge that i remember sounded great. Im gonna leave them for now. But when i bought it the action was so ####ed up from the kid not masking the neck joint when he painted it. I got the joint back down to wood and im gonna just take it to a shop to have it set up once i get it re-wired. Ill have to post a pic once its back together
