I'm in the UK and have had my left handed Japanese Jaguar for a year and a half now.
(side note, i heard they no longer ship them out of Japan, is that true?)
I love the guitar in many ways, but in many ways I don't, heh. My other guitar is an epiphone les paul and if I'm honest I use it more as the 'super bright' Fender tone isn't really my thing - I like a good clean tone to a little distorted but with mid range - think the Modern Lovers/Velvet Underground etc.
Another big issue is my hands - I have small women's hands and they get too cramped playing the Jaguar w/barre chords, it hurts too much. I was thinking of filling down the neck so it's thinner but then thought why not first get a Mustang. Then I thought, why not get a Jag-stang, yay!
So I was wondering a) where the best place to buy Jag-stangs is these days - I presume keep checking ebay and hope? 😎 likewise, if I do find one to buy I'll need to sell my Jaguar, so where's the best place to do that - ebay? Oh and does anyone have any idea how much one can sell a leftie Jaguar for? In
