My 1985 Kramer Focus 3000, this is the oldest pic of the thing when I first modded it in 1997 to have a chrome humbucker cover in the bridge (which in turn broke the coils of the pickup and it was swapped out with a Schaller/Floyd Rose Sustainer humbucker, the start in a short line of replacements including a lousy sounding Invader copy and the EMG Select that's down there now).
Funny part is I almost got a Jazzmaster for my first electric, but it sold just 5 minutes before I got to the store to buy it, I'm still pissed about that to this day. It was a beautiful Foto Flame with Seymour DUncan vintage pickups installed....like this....

Now the Kramer is beat to hell, has EMG Select pickups in an HSH config, a Floyd Rose II locking trem with a black collard locking whammy bar, the floyd rose locking nut screws have slots cut in them so I can open them with a flat head screwdriver (as the hexes are stripped), it has a bracket for serial ports from the back of a computer holding one side of the Floyd Rose pivots stable. It has the first pickguard I ever made (using Scissors, a Drill, and an Electric Jigsaw), cracks, dents, missing paint, 2 holes from Briggs & Stratton Cylinder head bolts from a Lawn Mower engine that held the Kahler on this thing when it had that type of vibrato, all kinds of screws from Wal-Mart holding the headstock together and the pickguard to the body, and frets worn so low it's only 2-3 mm short of being a fretless guitar. Let's just say, if it were a car, it'd have 980,000 miles on the odometer at least. My Jag-Stang would have almost twice as many, and I've had far less trouble with it. This picture really hides the damage well.
