i love the thing so $2500 isn't that bad i had it so yeah... i know its beat the f*** out of but hey, when here in the near future, can i play a jazzmaster for sale that is a 66 and hyave the money to buy it?

Her(the guitar's) name is Fred, that what the guy who had it before me called it, and i think its funny so i'm keeping the name

If anything, the Buzzstop made my Jazzy more "lively". Buzzstops are cool, but overpriced.

Is it just me or does the decal on the headstock look like a sticker? I mean the way the wood looks newer around the lettering and then it just goes to crap.

Does fender do something to it? Maybe the previous owner...

Bear in mind of course i'm an idiot and know nothing about that sort of thing.

they put the decals above the lacquer in those days. alot of people would think of it a bit like a sticker. but it's been placed on with elmers glue and coated over. they can flake off after many years of wear, though
