Tremolo Pedal

I have a 2007 Fender Twin 100w amp that has a tremolo effect on it that I love. I might be selling the amp in the near future and I want a tremolo pedal that will get me as close as possible to my amps tremolo effect. I found 2 that I think will get me close to it. The Swamp Thang and the Demeter Tremulator. I was wondering if anyone has used these and could give me any advice as to which 1 would be better, or if there are other pedals I should be looking at.

The tremulator is as close as you can get to fender tremolo sounds, its great but a bit expensive.

The carl martin surf trem is also excellent, and pretty cheap

Keeley TR-2 is ok at it, but has a few more options

I use an empress tap trem, which has a tube-style setting as well as square wave and a load of other options, but if you just want fender trem sounds, and money isn't really a problem, the tremulator is the way to go

I like pedals which emulate hi-gain amps well and the best I've found was just a behringer somethingorother

Behringer pedals are usually good....but some just plain suck

i have a friend who used to have a boss tremolo and he loved it but if you have no budget go for the tremulator. . .

I dont mind spending the money for it if its going to get me almost the same tremolo effect as my Twin. That modtone tremor seems pretty decent from the clips i heard. I wish I could try out some pedals but there arent any good music shops close to me. I have to go by clips and reviews online to make my choice. Seems like most are saying the tremulator would be my best choice though.

Look for a schematic of the tremolo and just make a replica 😉

(thanks for taking the pic out) i never realy got how to use trem to good effect, so its fair underrated by me. would be cool to hear some audio of it when you get it.

If money's no problem I would go for Cusack tap-o-whirl.
