Fake Fender Jaguar

Hey i've got a question:

Yesterday i saw a fake Jaguar on marktplaats.nl. (sort of dutch eBay)

The Jaguar has a real Jaguar Neck and 2 Seymour Duncan pups.

But the guy says it has a defect because you will have solder one off the pup wires underneath the pup chuck to the pickup. At the moment, he says you hear a grumpy sound.

If you hold the pup screw you have sound. (atleast that's what he says)

Now my question is: ''Can this be fixed by a guitar builder etc??????? Cuz i can't do it myself.......''

Thanks foxyloxy for replying.

I just called the guy and i deciden to buy it.

He says that the wiring is of a MIJ Fender Jazzmaster.

The controls. (switches etc.) are all new.

The pups are 2 Seymour Duncans.

And it should be no problem to solder the pickup.

I will post pics as soon as i get it.
