some of you may remember last time i painted my strat
well its been in pieces for ages and today i put in my old AXL O.D pedal which has been replaced by a bad monkey
the enclosure looked like this, i was surprised to see how much it had faded when i took off the front label
i stripped out most of the electronics from the guitar to fit in the giant pcb and all the new wires, battery etc
i had already painted it a darker shade of red, i sprayed "nightfire red" then one coat of "jazz blue" and then one more red before clear coating
the wood is eternally pwned from my abuse of the last five for six years but from some angles parts of it turn blue

no matter what anyone thinks, i still love this guitar, the action somehow ended up really low after all of this and its a pleasure to play, the pup sounds nice and the o.d means i can have instant feedback and turn the feedback on and off in an instant
