installing an orange drop

can anyone give me like a step by step thing or just tell me how to install one?

unsolder the old green one and put the orange one in where it was

how short do i cut the 2 metal things on the orange drop?

They don't need to be very long... Just enough so you can get from A to B with enough to solder on...

i think i done it right, not sure though.

Does it work right when you play it plugged in? If so, you've probably done it right 😉
